Shipping + Returns + Other Information
Product Information:
All our clothing is sourced from ethically accountable manufacturers and our designs are printed onto the garments in Australia using eco-friendly water-based inks. We ship our products in compostable packs made from sustainable plants and non-toxic resin. Please do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or iron the printed area of the garments as it may shorten their lifespan and damage the printed designs, for best results wash in cold water and line dry in shade.

Please refer to the sizing chart provided on the product page to determine the appropriate size you require.
Order Processing:
Once an order is placed it takes 3-8 business days to be processed then it is shipped to you. Shipping options are listed below.
Shipping Within Australia:
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 for all orders. Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5 business days. A tracking email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched.
Express Shipping:
Express shipping within Australia costs $15 initially and $1 for each additional item. Express shipping orders typically arrive within 1 business day (overnight) unless you live in a rural location. A tracking email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched.
International Shipping:
We offer flat rate international shipping for $15 anywhere in the world. International orders can take up to 25 business days to arrive. Time frames vary greatly, depending on destination. A tracking email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched. Please note: international orders will automatically be converted back to AUD at checkout and will become 10% cheaper as the good and services tax does not apply to international orders.
Payments:
We accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express, we also Paypal and accept bank transfers.
Returns/Refunds:
Returns/refunds are at the supplier’s discretion. Once an order has been placed online we cannot edit this order and we cannot cancel this order once it has been placed.
In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your product please follow these instructions to return/receive a new product: Email us at help@noplacesafe.com with;
- The date of your purchase
- Your order number
- What you would like to return
- Why you want to return it
- A photo highlighting the fault/damage
Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement/refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy. You may have to return the product back to No Place Safe.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. # Note: sizing measurements online are within +-1.5cm, anything outside of this is faulty.
